Strategic Pillar: General Development
Program Strategy: Resilience Through Ubuntu
Our program strategy translates the principles of Ubuntu into actionable, region-specific initiatives focused on creating self-sustaining, resilient communities in both urban and rural environments.
Goal: To ensure programmatic alignment, resource efficiency, and broad impact through strategic partnerships and principled advocacy.
- Partnership Framework: Establish formal MOUs with key governmental agencies, local NGOs, and private sector entities in target regions to ensure efforts are complementary and non-duplicative.
- Knowledge Sharing: Develop a cross-regional learning platform where best practices from regenerative agriculture in Uganda can inform sustainable urban practices in Brooklyn, and vice versa.
- Research & Policy: Conduct baseline and impact assessments for all major initiatives. Use data-driven results to inform and advocate for effective policy changes at the local and national levels.
